Trash on the highway.
That’s Clark County’s welcome mat.

People care, but no one group owns the work.

State and local funding hasn’t kept up. Miles of Clark County highway have gone without a real cleanup process — not because nobody cares, but because nobody’s been covering the cost.

That shows. Every commuter, every visitor, every business scouting the area sees the same stretch of trash-lined shoulder. It’s not a small thing. It’s the first thing.

WSDOT’s Adopt-a-Highway program makes it easy to take action.

It’s an established state program, not something new we’re asking you to trust. WSDOT’s Adopt-a-Highway program started way back in 1990, so it’s been running for over 35 years. Here’s how a sponsorship works:

A sign with your name on it, locked in on day one.

A highway sight with your company name and logo, in your sponsored section, is the guaranteed deliverable right now. We’re building more ways to recognize sponsors, and early sponsors go to the front of the line.

~$9,000 / year, 2-year min.

A program we found, not one we built.

We are a small group of Clark County residents who noticed the trash problem on our highways and decided to see what we could do about it. After speaking with the folks at East County Citizen’s Alliance, we learned about the WSDOT program and here we are, helping promote it.

Whether you’re interested in sponsorship or would like to help our team, feel free to reach out.
